The University of Skopje, formerly known as the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje (UTMS), is a private higher education institution located in Skopje, North Macedonia. Established in 2006, the university has developed a reputation for providing modern education aligned with contemporary educational trends.

The University of Skopje is accredited by the Ministry of Education and Science of North Macedonia. It is also an affiliate member of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) and is in the process of obtaining TEDQual accreditation.

Sashko Gramatnikovski
Professor Sashko Gramatnikovski, PhD is a distinguished academic specializing in tourism and economic development. He currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Tourism at the University of Skopje, North Macedonia.
Throughout his career, Gramatnikovski has contributed to the field through both teaching and research. His research interests include guerrilla marketing and tourism's role in economic development. Gramatnikovski actively engages with the academic community, sharing his insights and findings. His work is accessible on platforms like Academia.edu, where he has published research papers and connected with fellow scholars.
In addition to his academic work, Dr. Gramatnikovski has been actively involved in numerous national and international projects, including Horizon Europe initiatives, where he has contributed his expertise in tourism, economic sustainability, and innovation. His project work has focused on the sustainable development of tourism, digital transformation in the sector, and cross-border cooperation.
Gramatnikovski's dedication to education and research has significantly impacted the tourism sector in North Macedonia, contributing to its development and the preparation of future professionals in the field.
Gordana Serafimovic
Gordana Serafimovic, PhD is an Assistant Professor at the University of Skopje (UTMS) Macedonia, specializing in Human Resources Management. Over the past 13 years, she has had the privilege of working on numerous international projects, particularly within Erasmus+ programs, where she served as a project coordinator for impactful initiatives like Roman Routes and Impact Academy.
She has contributed to research in her field, co-authoring works. She is also active on ResearchGate, where she engages with the academic community and shares her research.
Her dedication to advancing knowledge in Human Resources Management is evident through her scholarly activities and contributions to the academic community.
